![]() about us Talent For Business was founded by Lynne Griffiths in 2003 and has grown into an established consultancy delivering training solutions, tailored specifically to the travel industry. Lynne is the principal consultant for Talent For Business and as the former Managing Director of a leading independent travel management company she is very aware of the challenges of the travel industry and the need to have a highly motivated and competent workforce. Lynne has held a variety of commercial roles incorporating the areas of Key Account Management, Sales, Supplier Contracting and Negotiations, Operations, IT, and HR and Training. This real life management experience adds enormous value to the training solutions, allowing Lynne to share her wealth of experience in these many areas. Lynne has combined (this) twenty years senior management experience (within the travel industry) with her training expertise to design training models which delivers relevant and meaningful results; relevant learning for the participants: meaningful results back in the workplace. The models are based on facilitating interactive learning, tailored to the work environment of the participants. Lynne holds a Certificate in Training Practice from the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD), the UKs recognised body for training qualifications. As part of a nation-wide network of trainers, Talent For Business has access to over forty experienced training staff. All of these are CIPD qualified, with their own field of expertise. This network enables Talent For Business to facilitate training programmes for larger organisations, with the assurance that all of its trainers operate under the same exacting professional standards. |
