![]() The ILM Introductory Certificate in First Line Management - Level 3 Talent For Business "FAST-TRACK" 5 day programme; This comprehensive course is aimed at practising or potential First Line Managers who have at least two years relevant work experience. This qualification includes a Work-based Assignment (WBA) of no less than 1,000 words which should be submitted within one month of completing the tutored programme. A full tutorial regarding WBAs will be given during the programme, and additional tutorial support will be provided as required. This is an intensive, challenging and satisfying course, leading to a nationally recognised and accredited qualification. Candidates should also be prepared to undertake evening study for the programme during the course of the tutored week.
